Shipping & Delivery
​We accept credit or debit cards and Paypal (account registration is not necessary) and all prices stated are in UK pounds sterling.
Orders can be made through our website or over the phone. If payment is received via Paypal, you will be required to provide a contact number for the order to be processed. Shipping is automatically calculated through checkout so you will have the most competitive rate on your order.
We currently ship throughout the UK, however certain delivery addresses may incur additional costs. Delivery to the EU is possible - please contact us for details. We aim to despatch your order in 1-2 working days, however please allow up to 28 days on all out of stock items. If delivery is likely to be delayed beyond this period, we will contact you giving you the option to cancel. All orders will require a signature on arrival. This is not a guaranteed service so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Simply click on the item you require, add to basket and proceed to checkout. If you would like multiple units, this can be altered in your basket. At 'Checkout' you will be asked for a few details and then your order will be processed. In the event of the order not being able to be supplied, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be aware that all measurements stated on the website are an approximate. Easy Returns
We want you to be happy with your new products, however if you are not 100% satisfied then we offer a '14 working day' returns policy.
Please email Info@OCVProducts.co.uk with order details and we will process this for you. All returns must be received in original packaging, in an unused condition and sender to pay all return costs. We are unable to refund the original delivery charges and payment transaction fees will be recovered.

In the event of your order being damaged or faulty at time of delivery, please contact us within 14 working days and we will aim to replace or refund your order, excluding delivery costs.
